Our\nconversation will focus on a recently implemented reform to the criminal law process in Western Australia - the <em>Criminal Law (Mental\nImpairment) Act 2023<\/em>,\nwhich will put in place special hearings for those who may be unfit to plead their case&nbsp;due to mental impairment.
