For some students, going ‘away’ to study might mean heading to the Eastern states, but for those interested in looking further afield, Wesley College is hosting the Linden U.S. College Fair from 5.30 – 7.30pm on Monday 8 May in Goatcher Auditorium. The Linden US College Fair regularly visits Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to assist US universities to reach out to Australian students who are interested in higher education in the United States. This is the first time the tour will come to Perth, and it is an excellent opportunity for Perth-based students and parents to talk directly to US university admissions staff who can advise on the application process and what US universities are looking for in terms of student achievement.
A number of U.S. colleges will have representatives in attendance at the fair, including:
Central Penn College
Embry Riddle Aeronautical University
Fairleigh Dickinson University
University of Buffalo, The State University of New York
University of Colorado
Whitworth University
University of South Carolina
These colleges offer a diverse range of high-quality academic, sporting and cultural programs. For example, Embry Riddle Aeronautical University offers a range of courses in (but not limited to) aviation, aeronautics and aerospace, while Fairleigh Dickinson University has one of the top ranked business schools in the U.S. Seats are limited, so click here to reserve your free seat today.
